Let’s start from the north: Trentino Alto Adige makes sweet pastries for Christmas, such as Zelten Dzelten with candied fruit and Buchteln jam with jam filling, sprinkled with vanilla icing sugar, Spitzbuben and Lebkuchen cookies and jam.
